Nurish Box is improving

New and improved account access has arrived!

I've been working behind the scenes to make Nurish Box even better. And the first improvement is to subscription management. Not only is managing your subscription easier, it's so much better!

 

Skip a Month

While you could skip your next Nurish Box before, it was far less flexible. And once you made the change, you would have to email me directly to change it back.

Now, you have the freedom to manage your Nurish Box deliveries for up to seven months in the future! So if you know you won't be in town to receive your box next month, or November, you can set that up now. And if your plans change, no worries, it's easy to change it back.

And it works whether you're on a month-to-month or prepaid subscription!

 

Put it on Pause

Need to take a break from Nurish Box? It's now super easy to pause your subscription at any time and start it back up when you're ready.

 

Important Date to Keep in Mind

Orders for each month's Nurish Box are processed on the 1st of that month so changes must be made by the end of the previous month. As an example, if you want to make a change to your November Nurish Box delivery, you'll want to make the update in your account before the end of October. 

 

Ready to get started?

Start by registering your account. Enter your name and account email along with a password. The email you enter must match the email on your account, however you may enter a new password. Once your account has been registered, you'll receive a confirmation email.

To log into your account, head here. Once logged into your account, under Account Details click the "Manage My Subscriptions" button. From here you'll see an overview of your current Nurish Box subscription. Click "Show Details" to see more subscription information. 

 

FAQs about the change

Can I just stick with the old login method to manage my account? 

No. While you can still log into the old system, and view your account history up until early this month, it has been archived and is no longer active. All account activity going forward will be made in the new system.

What happens if I don't do anything?

Everyone with an active subscription who hasn't registered their account will receive an account registration email on Tuesday, September 29th. However, regardless of whether or not you complete your account registration, your Nurish Box subscription will continue unchanged. You'll continue to receive your monthly boxes and be charged based on the same schedule as before.

Whether or not you need to make any changes now, I recommend you register your account at your earliest convenience. This will make managing your subscription in the future much easier.
