Billing & Shipping
We currently ship within the US. As long as USPS can delivery to you, it's good to go!
When you join, your first shipment will be the following month. So if you join in September, your first Nurish Box will be in October. Every month boxes ship usually between the 15th and 22nd.
When your Nurish Box's ready for shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Your box will be shipped USPS Priority so once shipped, it should take 3 days at most for your Nurish Box to arrive.
No, you may pause, skip a month, stop your prepaid renewal, or cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time.
For month-to-month subscriptions
Your first box is charged when you join. All future renewals will be charged on the 1st of the month after your first delivery.
So if you join in September, your first Nurish Box will ship in October, and your next payment will charged on November 1st.
For multi-month subscriptions
Your first prepaid term is charged when you join. All future renewals will be charged on the 1st of the month after your last prepaid delivery.
By prepaying for multiple boxes, you'll save on each month's Nurish Box — and it automatically renews after all of your prepaid boxes have been delivered so you won't miss a month.
But if you do need to miss a month, it's super easy to choose a month you don't want to be sent a box.
At any time you can choose to no longer renew your prepaid subscription and you'll still receive all the boxes you've paid for.
I hope that you love your Nurish Box and don't want to cancel. So, before you cancel your subscription, please send us a message below and give us a chance to address your concerns.
Just log into your Account and click on "Manage My Subscriptions" under Account Details. From there you can choose to no longer renew a prepaid subscription or pause your subscription.
Click on "Show Details" to make further changes like updating your information, skipping a month, or canceling a month-to-month subscription.
At this time, we don't issue a refunds.
If any items were damaged during shipment, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll send you full replacements at no cost to you. We just ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Send us a message below, and we'll get started.
