Billing & Shipping
We currently ship within the US. As long as USPS can delivery to you, it's good to go!
When you join, your first shipment will be the following month. So if you join in September, your first Nurish Box will be in October. Every month boxes ship usually between the 15th and 22nd.
When your Nurish Box's ready for shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Your box will be shipped USPS Priority so once shipped, it should take 3 days at most for your Nurish Box to arrive.
No, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Your first box is charged when you join. All future renewals will be charged on the 1st of the month after your first shipment.
So if you join in September, your first Nurish Box will ship in October, and your next payment will charged on November 1st.
Your first charge happens when you join and your first box will be delivered the following month.
All future renewals will be charged on the 1st of the month after your third shipment.
So if you join in December, your first Nurish Box will ship in January, and your next 3 Month Prepay charge will occur on April 1st.
Just log into your Account and from “Subscriptions” click on "Manage" under the subscription you wish to make changes to. From there you can update your account details or skip your next shipment.
We hope that you love your Nurish Box and don't want to cancel. So, before you cancel your subscription, please send us a message below and give us a chance to address your concerns.
To cancel your subscription, log into your Account and from “Subscriptions” click on "Manage" under the subscription you wish to cancel, then click on "Subscription Settings". From there you can choose to cancel.
At this time, we don't issue a refunds.
If any items were damaged during shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you full replacements at no cost to you. We just ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. Send us a message below, and we'll get started.
